New Golf Cart-Private Hot Tub-Walk to Beach-Charming Bungalow 4BR!

Our family had an amazing time. We have been visiting 30A for about 20 years and this was our first time staying in Blue Mountain. The location of the property was perfect and it had everything you could image to make our stay perfect. thank you for sharing your home.

We stayed in this house for the week of Thanksgiving, and it was great! Nice looking house, clean, good layout, fun to have access to the golf cart, and Jeff was easy to communicate with in case of any needs. I would highly recommend this for your next 30A getaway!

Have been going to 30A since 2000. Had one of the most pleasurable experiences we’ve ever had staying at this property. Great location, very clean, you didn’t need anything, everything was there. Unbeatable location! Great restaurants nearby and just minutes to the beach. The house is super clean, the beds are comfy, and it has everything you need, even had dog bowls for the fur babies! The side yard is completely fenced, which was great for our dogs! Our family is already planning to book this one again! Jeff was great! Quickly answered any questions and made check in easy!

Fantastic property and host! Jeff was a pleasure and very responsive and courteous. The golf cart was an extra bonus to cart all of our beach gear to and from the beach. We loved the outdoor sitting area in the evenings while grilling! Definitely a 5-star experience!

Our family was quite impressed with our stay at this property Sept. 20-27, 2025. The neighborhood was super quiet yet close to restaurants (our favorite, Three Sons) and beach access. The six person golf cart made transportation and parking much easier and super fun. The house itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our host reached out to us with a gracious welcome. Everything was perfect so he didn’t hear from us. That is huge because we tend to be particular about things. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your exceptional home. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The property was pristine and the check in process was seamless. The location is in very close proximity to BM Beach, restaurants, and shops. 10/10 highly recommend!
