Living room
Entertain with family and friends in the spacious living room with luxurious leather couches and a conversation seating area with four swivel chairs. Kick back and watch TV or a movie on the 65” Samsung Frame TV. Bluetooth your music on the Polk speaker or smart home devices located throughout the house. The gorgeous powder room/half bath is located off the living room.The living room leads into the kitchen and dining area with seating for 8.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen offers a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker.

From charcuterie to enchiladas, this kitchen has everything you need to feed a crowd. It is stocked with basic spices and olive oil for your convenience. Beyond the kitchen is the coffee and wine bar. Locally roasted coffee is provided for the drip and french press coffee makers, as well as K-cups and Nespresso pods for the Instant Dual Pod Pro machine. Red and white wine glasses are provided, as well as wine openers.

Bedrooms
The three beautiful bedrooms are located on the second floor - each bedroom includes a memory foam mattress, four pillows (one soft, one firm), luxury linens, and full length mirrors.

The primary suite features a Helix Midnight Luxe king mattress, luxury linens and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest suite features a Novaform queen memory foam mattress with luxury linens and a spacious closet. The bunk room features a full size bunk bed with two Tempur-Pedic full mattresses and a comfortable twin trundle bed underneath.

If you are traveling with a child, a Graco pack and play is provided in the guest suite closet.

Bathrooms
The two bathrooms are located on the second floor. The primary suite has a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom is a bathtub/shower. Each bathroom features a vanity with two sinks which is perfect for getting ready with a large crowd. We provide lovely EverPlush towels, makeup remover towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face wash.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and be sent instructions on check-in day. We have two parking spots (one large car, one small car) available for guests, any other cars can park in guest parking within the community.
