This clean and comfortable home is centrally located in one of the best neighborhoods in Flagstaff,Presidio in the Pines, close to I-17 and I-40.

Upon entering the home you will be welcomed by a bright and inviting open floor plan. The living room is an ideal space to relax while watching the 50 TV or to cozy up with a book near the gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living room and has all you need to cook meals and enjoy company. The dining table seats 6 with 4 additional seats around the kitchen island.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a balcony that provides stunning views of the San Francisco Peaks. The master bedroom also includes a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has a comfortable queen size bed with a TV and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #3 contains two sets of bunk beds with a walk-in closet (with toys for kids).
