Stayed Dec 26, 2025Stay here if you like an exceptionally clean home! This charming place is also beautiful and cozy throughout the entire home. I got such a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed with lots of comfy pillows! There was a beautiful Christmas tree there all lit up when we arrived which was a very nice touch. We arrived in the evening, so having the lamps on for us when we got there made the place very inviting. I would 100% stay here again!!!

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Very nice and comfortable. I liked that I could park my car near the back of the house where it was mostly out of sight. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. There were only two of us on my visit, but a large family could easily stay here and not feel crowded.As my daughter is just starting Baylor, I will likely book this place again when I come to visit over the upcoming years.

We knew we wanted to see a few things Magnolia, but most importantly to spend precious time together as a family.The home was perfect for our weekend. It gave us the space and comfort to visit and see Waco.VillaStay was one of the best groups I've dealt with when staying in a VRBO home. They were very attentive & informative. They gave us the most details & it was great.
