Stayed Jul 18, 2025It was clean, spacious and very comfortable! We stayed here for my wedding downtown and the host was very responsive and accommodating! The surrounding area is sketchy but being a local that grew up in the city, it didn’t bother me and had no effect on the property itself.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023The property and owner were very nice i would stay again, i personally wish it was closer to more attractions but that has nothing to do with the property, it was very clean, everything we needed was already there for us, it felt like home and the kids LOVED it! Maybe more games for kids/ families if anything but still not a problem! 5☆ for sure!!

Stayed Oct 31, 2025The unit is very cozy and very well equipped. The only thing you have to bring are your personal toiletries and bathing items. It’s close to downtown, Orchard Park, and the airport. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this unit.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Came to Buffalo with family for a wedding and we were able to enjoy some of the restaurants downtown and a trip to Niagara Falls while there. It was a great place and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 29, 2025We visited Bufffalo for our son to play in the Ball Hockey World Cup at the Riverworks. The location of this property was perfect for our needs….and close to the hospital when he broke his foot! Kitchen was well supplied and beds were comfy.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Awful. We couldnt gain entry. Owner double booked. So when me and my wedding party arrived we couldnt gain access. I was refunded but it was totally inconvenient on my wedding day.
