The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Location was amazing. We’ll stay there again soon!!
Excellent location for downtown Ashland. We walked everywhere! Lots of stairs to climb - we got all our steps in just walking up to the apt. and back down.
So comfortable and cozy.
Close to the theater. Lovely upper deck with view. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Will definitely stay here for our visit to Ashland.
Nice little condo just off the south end of main street. 10 minute walk to theatres through the downtown. Also 5 minute walk to Safeway and 15 minute walk down to Railroad shops. This is a fairly new building and everything worked well. We had 5 people and the bedrooms were nice and spacious though it is a bit cozier in the living room. The mini-splits are great, they are quiet and kept things cool. The only reason I gave the check-in process a 4 was because we were supposed to get the entry code around one the day of arrival and when we got there at 5:30 we still hadn't gotten it and had to get in touch with Amber to get it. Otherwise communication was very clear and responsive. As others mention there are a flight and a half of stairs to get up, but no big deal. We easily got three cars into the parking spaces provided. We had a lovely visit and would easily stay here again.
A wonderful condo that was very comfortable for a family of four. Just one block from downtown, we could enjoy all of Ashland’s restaurants, shops, and Lithia Park without needing to drive.
We attended 5 plays with Ashland Shakespeare and this was a great location. Just remember it is a second floor walkup with almost 2 flights of stairs. We hope to use it again in the future.
It worked well for our fishing trip. Keep in mind you need to go up stairs to access it.
The property was as advertised, although it took a bit of exploration to figure out the full sleeping capacity (i.e. sofa that made into a bed and trundle). Also, there did not appear to be sufficient linens (the teenager who slept on the sofa borrowed a pillow from my bed and used a fleece throw as a blanket; we couldn't find a pillow for the trundle so used a decorative one from a bed). And the air conditioner was not working on arrival; there was a loaner unit that did an adequate, but not great job. Apparently the a/c problem was not a new one - the owner advised that they were waiting for a part - so it would have been nice to be forewarned, especially temperatures outside were 90-100! Otherwise, we had everything we needed for a pleasant family getaway in a convenient location.
I reserved this property three months before staying there. I was very excited to stay so close to town because I’ve been to Ashland several times and often I am a few miles outside of town. The apartment is immaculate and well-kept, but full disclosure should include that this apartment is two full flights of stairs from parking. The picture shows just one flight of stairs which is very doable, but depending on your abilities two flights of stairs can be very challenging. Additionally, the central AC went out just prior to our arrival and portable units were available but did not cool as well as splits in each room. It would’ve been good to have been appraised of this issue prior to arrival. Overall a very comfortable stay.
This place was fabulous for my mother, sister, and me. The owners were great, and the house was very clean and well appointed. I would only caution that there is a steep flight of stairs to get in the house. Town was a very close walk to the apartment - we will stay there again.
This is a great property with easy access to Ashland restaurants and activities. We have stayed in the area previously but discovered new areas including incredible hiking above Lithia Park.
