New Designed Home, Large Pool and Spa, Outdoor Kitchen

Loved the house! It was clean and spacious. Backyard was a definite plus with the pool. Location was a bit further for us than expected as we like to use Riviera launch but not bad at like 15 min. Others are closer... was just our personal preference! Communication with owner was timely and easy as well!

This property is exactly like the pictures. We certainly didn't want to leave the back yard. The neighborhood felt safe and you had nice views in every direction. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was one of our favorites. There were not clear instructions for arrival and departure and that is something that we typically receive. We actually had no code upon arrival and when I contacted the owner he said he was at the property and would leave the door unlocked. The unit felt a little lived in with personal items and food left in fridge and pantry, along with other items scattered throughout the home, it could also use a little more tiding up with some items. The owner was very responsive but also asked to visit the property to get his paddle board while we were staying which was fine but also nothing I have ever encountered. There were also packages delivered and communication about not using the hot tub during the day without notifying the owner, which again I felt somewhat strange. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and I would stay at this property again.

My family and I were very pleased with the house and set up. Jim was a great host and had wonderful communication. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make a lot of our meals at the house. The house was very close to the lake. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Jim's house.

We had such a great week at Havasu. This was our best property rental thus far. Very clean, very nice, great appliances, perfect pool and hot tub, and the biggest tv in the living room that I have ever seen. Great communication with the owner. Air conditioning was the best!!!
