New Custom Home with Large Decks - Amazing Views - Pool Table/New Hot Tub

Our family had an amazing time during our stay in this beautiful home. Very clean and organized, it is stocked with everything you could need during your stay. With amazing views, private setting and big deck; it was the perfect space to unplug and relax. The location was also ideal as a base camp for day trips hiking around the Silverton and Durango areas. Management is very responsive, helpful and kind. We had a great time and would come back for sure!

The property was perfect for our group of eight and just as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub & pool table, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Our questions were answered quickly and someone was sent out promptly to add water and treat the hot tub. Thank you for letting us stay!

We made in fine but we have a BIG truck...almost too big for the driveway and parking area next to house with all the snow piled up. House is very clean, very well stocked with pots and pans of every variety. Sweet neighbor dog comes to visit and stare at you thru window and loves to play fetch with tennis balls he brings! Pet hair on pillows in living room made us feel right at home since we didn’t bring our dogs. TV in living room is a little hard to see when sun shining in upper windows and hard to get live tv instead of streaming services on but works well even in snow storm. Definitely enjoyed separate space upstairs for kids and would stay here again if coming to area to ski!

The house was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in process was simple. We would stay there again.

This property suited our needs perfectly. It was also located in the most beautiful area with breathtaking views of the mountains. The house had the best stocked kitchen. The house itself has plenty of space for large groups and the ratio of bedrooms and bathrooms was very accommodating.we would love to return to this property in the future.

Absolutely wonderful.

The house was impressively furnished, including well stocked linens and kitchen (cookware, spices, cleaning products). We enjoyed playing pool and used the hot tub a few times, it was very clean! We had to buy cheap beach towels so recommend mgmt buys some for the spa/lake use. We definitely recommend the house to others. It should be noted the gravel/dirt road to the house is fairly narrow and steep. And the gravel driveway could use some finish work, like a paved sidewalk to the porch. There’s no garage, which might be important in winter. Also need a pathway to the back deck from the driveway parking area.

We loved sitting out on the deck with the beautiful deck and the space inside was very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. It takes about 25 minutes to get into town but it was so nice being away from town before it was cooler up high and so quiet. We would not wasn’t to drive home in the dark. We enjoyed simple dinners at home while eating on the deck with the amazing views.

First, I would like to say that the home is beautifully decorated and the Owners really make it feel like a home (I think the Owners stay there for extended stays). They have great beds, all the kitchen appliances and utensils you would ever need. They have blankets throughout the home, dog bowls to feed an entire kennel, and so many more wonderful touches throughout. We will definitely be looking to book this home when we return for our next family vacation.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
