Mrs. Gardner was extremely accommodating of our stay and very on top of things. The place was beautiful and comfortable to be in.

Host was unavailable for me and vrbo. Could not get into the house I paid for 4 months in advance. I got a refund the following week which did me no good as far as getting a place to stay after I traveled 5hrs to get there.

Very nice and cozy place

The accommodations were good, the communication w homeowner was great. The kitchen was small with zero space for storing non-refrigerated foods and items that we brought along. All details (Wi-Fi code, home use details, etc) were online so group members had no access to the info, since there was no printed info available in the home. There was not enough shampoo/cond/body wash for the entire group for a week (small bottles were provided but we are used to large dispensers in bath/showers). Otherwise, stay was good and location worked for our purposes.

When we walked in, we were hit with the fresh smell of cleanliness which made all of us breathe a sigh of relief. The property is clean, spacious and has a nice kitchen. The area appears sketchy but the properties around us were well-maintained. It felt like your grandmother's hood-older houses but decent upkeep.The fourth bedroom is the game room but has a pull out couch as stated; it has no other bedroom furniture. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. It's inside the perimeter, five minutes from I-20 and about 15 minutes from Atlantic Station using neighborhood roads and no interstate.

Overall the stay was great. Its like the title states, clean and cozy. My favorite part of the home was the balcony attached to the main bedroom. It is on the smaller side but it worked for my family. The neighborhood seemed a little skeptical at first glance but it was actually really quiet. I will book again.

The home was easy to find and located close to nearby attractions. The home was clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated with a modern feel. The kids really enjoyed the gameroom and the adults enjoyed the backyard with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will be staying here again when we visit Georgia.

By far the best place, location, and convenience in the city... Will recommend for family and friends.
