Great space to entertain inside or out. Covered back yard space with misters and a grill. Family room has a huge sectional, dining room table seats 4 but the custom kitchen island allows more entertaining. Use of the garage for parking or keep it in the driveway. Stayed Aug 18, 2022This house was perfect for our family reunion right from the moment we walked in. It was super clean, extremely comfortable throughout, and had just a wonderful feeling of ‘freshness’ about it! With four adults and two children, the kitchen became the central gathering point every morning as we ate breakfast together and made our plans for the day, which typically involved heading to the lake which was close by for some refreshing fun in the hot sun! Each evening we’d gather together once again in the large kitchen for dinner, laugh about the great times we had in town that day, and then retire to the outdoor patio to relax in the cooling breeze of the night with a nice glass of wine or a cold beer and sit around the crackling fire in the fire pit. The beds were extremely comfortable and just right for our group, and all six of us could enjoy watching a movie in the living room on the huge sectional. We also brought along our small boat on this trip and were very happy that we could store it under the covered RV area beside the house when we weren’t using it. All in all, it was the perfect house for our one week getaway vacation at Lake Havasu. Can’t wait to come back!
