Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,800 Square foot single level home was built in 2017 is located in the Animas Valley just 12 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort to the north. 

The new home features numerous amenities including central AC, TV with cable and gas fireplace in the MainLiving Space along with a well-appointed kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room. Standard amenities such as fast reliable WIFI, Washer/Dryer and outdoor seating are also included. There is a hiking trail right across CR 203.

The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and the Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550, a mile from the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place. Everything nearly brand new. Well stocked with all paper products, detergent for clothes and dish washers, etc. Only one minor complaint - the maltress on the lower bunk is lumpy and shot.

    House is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Communication was great! Very easy to find and a great location for seeing the surrounding area. We rode the Durango/Silverton train which we enjoyed very much.

    Fun two night stay in Durango with my two daughters and grandchildren ages 11 and 15. The house was gorgeous and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We were a group of four in town to ride mountain bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the large three car garage and grilling on the back deck. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. Having the washer / dryer was clutch and the supplies left by the management company made settling in and cleaning easy. The location is awesome- close to the hot springs, a market across the street, quick access to Purgatory and trails. Overall a great place to stay!

    The single story property is a short drive from Durango center and just down the street from the hot springs. It is a very spacious and bright home with lots of natural light in all rooms, including the 2 full bathrooms. The large, well appointed kitchen, dining and living areas are situated in the center of the house with access to decks on both front and back of the house. The master bedroom/ensuite and walk-in closet are huge and also have access to the back deck. The back yard faces a road which does see traffic but isn’t steady, however, it does get the afternoon sun which can be intense. The front deck/porch was a nice place to have morning coffee.

    We really enjoyed the house! Everything was spotless, so cute and cozy for our family while we were sending our daughter off to her first year at Ft Lewis College. Close to Durango and the hot springs made the location perfect. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice to have.

    Nice, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to town for food and activities, as well as the gateway to Million Dollar Hwy. Master bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Kitchen had all the basic necessities. Property management checked in to make sure all was good (it was).

    Loved the house. The layout worked well for a family. Easy access to Historic Durango, the grocery store, and the hiking/swimming we did. Neighbors were friendly too!

    Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much. Liked that it was off the beaten path. Close to James ranch, hot springs, and honeyville. Had everything we needed.
