Stayed May 24, 2025I had so much trouble getting in contact with the host for this property. I tried communicating with them months prior to the booking; emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails days before without a response back. I was given the wrong passcode for the property as well and luckily was able to guess the correct one, as they took a long time to reply earlier in the day about checkin.

Stayed Jan 31, 2026Did not receive check in info until I called VRBO to get it. Also the hvac is a bit tricky. Very hot in the bedrooms. The place was fine and all. Unfortunately the construction quality is poor. The curtain rod fell off the wall while opening the curtains. Place is sufficient wouldn’t want to stay long term.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025House was dirty. Host was unresponsive. Tried to reach the host multiple times no response. I spent 2 hours cleaning the house.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The property was in a good location and convenient for our needs. The cleanliness of the townhome was pretty good but it could have been better. The communication with the host could also have been better. I had to email and call before hearing anything from them. Several questions I had went unanswered.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Very good layout for a trip to Cedar Falls for three couples. Space is easy accessible and 10 minutes to any shopping, dinner or entertainment. Communication with the host could have been better from reservation to check in but everything worked out in the end.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Had to ask for check-in info. Was given a different address to what was in the listing. Asked about it and yet to hear back from the host. Never received check-out info. Not happy we were given a different place than what was booked with NO communication and STILL NO EXPLANATION!!
