Unwind in the open concept living area equipped with a SMART TV and cozy seating. DISH TV provided, bring your passwords for any other apps you love!

Enjoy a slow-paced morning on the spacious patio with your coffee and a book.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and is stocked with everything you need-blender, toaster, Keurig, traditional pot coffee, tea/water kettle, and more.

Beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach toys are provided for your convenience. Outdoor foot wash as well as full shower stations.

The community pool is conveniently located right next to the house.

Wi-fi provided for work or leisure. Pack light and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. A charcoal grill is located behind the house and there is free parking for up to 3 cars.

There are stairs to get to the main floor (house on stilts) and stairs to get to the 2nd floor.

**Location**
Situated in a prime location about a half mile from The Hangout and near the Gulf State Park, you’ll have access to anything your heart desires. Whether you’re into water sports, fishing, dining, shopping, nightlife or exploring local parks, there’s something for everyone! 15 minutes or less from the airport or the Wharf Amphitheater!

Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds as well as extra blankets. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels provided.

A starter supply of incidentals including:
- Coffee/K Cups
- Dishwasher Tablet
- Laundry Pod
- 1 Trash Bag per can
- 1 Roll Toilet Paper per bathroom

Also included: pack n play, built in baby gates, games, cards, iron, ironing board, fans in bedrooms, 2 hair dryers

Must be 25 years old to book. Travel insurance recommended for stays March-October. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life present, etc.

As this is our vacation home, we do not allow parties, smoking or vaping.

HOA Rules prohibit pets.
