NEW Clovis House - 4 Bed: 3 Bath - Hot Tub - Garage

Property was exactly what we were looking for.

Safe and quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious with many amenities.

Dearest Reader,This is a large and lovely home, with plenty of space for many individuals to be comfortable. The bed and the pillows in the master bedroom were extremely comfortable and the was fabulous. It takes a little while for water to warm up. We appreciated the salt and pepper, as well as the olive oil for cooking. The home was well supplied with towels and hand clothes. Directions for check-in and out were understandable, although for an older individual the directions for heat/cooling were confusing. I feel younger people would get it.Regarding ideas: suggest more wash clothes ( the small ones), more material dish towels, some nesting bowels, additional plates, and a 12 inch skillet, the ten inch is too small for serious cooks.One additional suggestion,something is needed for the flying insects in the house. Several guest were bitten, one person was bitten as soon as she came in the house. The “no see/noseeums were present in the house when we arrived.Respectfully submitted

Very clean, very organized, and very responsive to our questions during our stay. The house is beautiful and very spacious, it was more than enough for 3 families (4 adults and 3 teens). We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We loved spending time in the kitchen cooking meals as well- it was well stocked with appliances and everything we needed to cook! The bathrooms were also well stocked with common toiletries. I really appreciated the cleanliness and new home feel. Our stay was easy, hassle free and enjoyable by our whole group, and we would most definitely stay again!

Check in was fine. Found some food in the couch. Dishwasher smelled funky/mildew. Hot tub was broken. Never fixed for 4 nights 5 days. Communication was slow, choppy and they didn't seem too bothered by my ill findings. Would've stayed somewhere else with pool/hot tub.

We stayed at this home for a family trip, and it was absolutely perfect for our group, which included a wide range of ages. The house was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, yet cozy enough to enjoy time together. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to family-friendly amenities. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located—ideal for relaxing walks or quick drives to nearby attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to make family memories. Highly recommend!

Perfect property for a medium sized group. Beautiful, large kitchen and dining room with everything you need to prepare family dinners. Wonderful backyard. Cozy bedding and bedrooms. Also, quick and helpful responses from the host! Would highly recommend.

From start to finish this experience has been a bright spot during a tough time. The host team answered all of our questions in a timely manner both before and during our stay. Check-in was easy-peasy. When we opened the front door we were immediately impressed by how spacious the home is. It looks roomy in the photos but it never felt crowded even though there were 13 of us, including 6 kids, 8 and under. The bedrooms were comfortable, with soft, cozy bedding. The master bedroom was huge! The toiletry items provided were good quality and just what we needed. All of us have Kitchen/ Pantry/ and Laundry room envy! All of the basic items we needed to cook our meals are there. Entertainment options were great - from the board games, to corn hole, streaming options and of course the hot tub. Check out was a breeze. Having a lovely well appointed place to stay gave us the opportunity to relax and recharge. Thank you to our host and team. We would recommend this property and would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.
