The space
Our home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths (2 queen beds w/private bathrooms and 1 full size bed and an additional hall bath) plus a pull-out sofa in the spacious living room. The modern kitchen includes a dining area and stocked coffee bar, and there is also a washer & dryer. The backyard retreat has additional hangout and dining space, and the driveway has parking space for 3 cars.

Right next door our friends at Pizza Lupo serve up some of the best pizza in the city, and you can walk around the corner to Vernon Lanes for some bowling fun.     This is a wonderful property that was perfect for my family's visit to Louisville. In total we had four adults and two young children (under the age of 4) and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location of the home makes for easy walking to some local shops, restaurants, and parks. The host is extremely responsive. I'd recommend this location to anyone traveling to Louisville.

    Fantastic property. Perfect for a group stay over the weekend in Louisville. Easy walking distance to NuLu. Parking is a little tricky but doable. Will be coming back!

    We had a great weekend getaway at this house! It was perfect for our group of three adults and three teenagers — plenty of space and very comfortable. The house was clean, the beds were cozy, and the backyard was a great place to hang out and relax. I loved that every bedroom had a TV and there 3 bathrooms! Big bonus: there’s an amazing pizza place right next door! Highly recommend.!

    I'm a longtime Louisvillian, and this place reminded me how enjoyable our city can be. It puts you at the doorstep of some of the city's coolest spots, without the parking and navigation hassles that can sometimes discourage locals from visiting this neighborhood. Our first night, we visited Pizza Lupo, Vernon Lanes and Sergio's World Beers - as Louisville as any spots you'll find - and we probably didn't walk more than a couple hundred feet all told. The unit itself is every bit as comfortable, clean and spacious as it appears in the photos (although the photos don't even show the very nice propane fire pit in the backyard). It was also as well-appointed as any short-term rental (or hotel, for that matter) that I've ever stayed in. The only drawback is the narrow driveway that's a little challenging to navigate onto a surprisingly busy road. I'd advise meeting up ahead of time to limit the number of cars on site if possible... although most of the time you'll be walking, anyway. In summary, a great house in a fantastic location at a very reasonable price - all very professionally managed.

    Great stay, perfect for family of 4. A little too cold to fully enjoy the backyard/fire. Great location other than a really tight driveway. Brandon was really helpful and provided awesome recommendations for the area.

    Everything I was looking for. Easy access to Hwy with on ramp right behind house. 5 minutes to downtown, great food options minutes away on foot, including right next door.
