New! Charming Historic Home, Walkable To Downtown Royal Oak

The property was very nice and clean. Its in a nice neighborhood and my family of 8 enjoyed staying there and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Perfect stay for a mom’s weekend away. Close to downtown Royal Oak and a quick drive to downtown Detroit. Host was responsive and check-in/out process and we seamless.

Not only is this property conveniently located within a walkable distance of Royal Oak’s activities, it boasts 4 roomy bedrooms and ample living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces that accommodate large families like ours! The backyard is lovely with a spacious deck and sitting area - perfect for enjoying the the outdoor garden.

Had an amazing stay at the property with my closest friends in the days leading up to my wedding. The house accommodated our needs really well and the location was perfect for the weekend events. We enjoyed the fire pit, cooked up great food in the kitchen and used the space to stage flowers for the wedding. Would highly recommend!

Had college friends come in from around the country for Fantasy Football Live Draft. House had great amenities and open floor plan that allows for everyone to gather and hangout. Rooms were great and as shown on the pictures. Location was great and proximity to excursions nearby. Communication and coordination with owner was great and quick.

Six of us, ladies, stayed at the house for three nights. Quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient location. The house is an old remodeled home, which brings old home problems with it. Very squeaky stairs and floors, AC cooling the downstairs but not the upstairs so much. The house has two bathrooms but one is on the first floor and the other is in the basement , while all the bedrooms are on the first and second floor. It is a bit inconvenient for those sleeping upstairs. The kitchen has everything you would need. The back porch is lovely. The place doesn’t feel very cozy but it works for a short stay.

Super cute property, close to town center. Beds were comfy. We had a bit of trouble with the entry code not synching, but once we let the host know, we were able to gain access. The house is lovely and well appointed, but not as clean as the previous reviews indicated. Maybe there was a gap from previous rentals and our stay. There were LOTS of “plug ins” that made for an overwhelming aroma. It was too much. Also, the ice maker was not functioning during our stay (not a big deal, really). Main bathroom didn’t smell great, think the shower curtain and tiles could use some bleach/cleansing. Ceiling fans in main floor bedrooms were VERY dusty. But the beds were comfy. Honestlly, this could be a great property - just needs to be cleaned more throughly. The house accommodated our family and we would stay again,

Well cared for updated home with plenty beds. Comfortable spots for gathering. Only 2 bathrooms.

If you’re looking for a great location, house and great set up to host look no further! The backyard is great, extremely clean and communication was top tier. Would stay again!
