Stayed Jun 18, 2025It was a very convenient location . You could easily access roads to many fun and interesting locations. I do not remember there being information telling the fact that there is a cooktop and microwave but no oven.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025The inside was nice and clean with most necessities. Very close to large shopping centre and easy on/off the highway. Just make sure you get accurate directions to the house itself.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024We enjoyed this place. It was very clean and spacious and modern. Just wanted to mention that it is the basement of the main house so you can hear the footsteps above. But we were able to sleep as it didn’t go late. The hot tub is not private as it is just off the main house deck and has visibility from the top floor of the house. So we didn’t choose to use it even though it was one of the main reasons for choosing this place. Other than those two things this place was very comfortable. We would return.

Stayed Jan 16, 2024This is the perfect little house if you want to be close to Aptos, Monterey, or Santa Cruz without being too close. It's nice to drive a few miles back to a quiet neighborhood for rest. The hot tub was a plus, and the host was very nice. Five stars overall!!
