New Build Views hot tub and Deck

We were a group of 4 couples on a 3-night, extended weekend stay. The reservation process and pre-arrival owner communication were fine, as expected. We had water on the master suite floor. The source was a recent issue and the owner was aware. I feel like we should've been notified before arrival but the issue was a minor inconvenience. The only other concerns were a fickle dishwasher latch and no remote for the master suite TV.There are lots of positive aspects of this home:*All rooms, suites, beds and bathrooms beds were clean and comfortable. *The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the little bit of food we prepared there. *We enjoyed stargazing on the front patio and went up to the rooftop to view a SpaceX rocket.*We enjoyed cocktails in the hot tub. *The main LR TV was easy to log into YouTubeTV for watching our favorite college BB team.While the house and property are very nice, we will remember this place for the breathtaking views and proximity to grocers, restaurants, breweries, and the highway in/out of Sedona. We didn't spend much time in the car, once we reached Sedona. That said, we did see (and avoided) considerable slow and stopped traffic going into the downtown area. You can't avoid it; just plan for it.Oh - wild hogs will visit each morning. Again, can't avoid; just plan.We would stay here again - without question.

If you’re looking for a place to house multiple families with all of the best in modern upgrades and a touch of luxury… look no further! The accommodations were great, and no detail went unprovided! Beautiful views and fun for all ages and abilities! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable house with great views.

You can’t find a better house in Sedona than the Sedona Haven! We’ve stayed at multiple VRBO through the years, and this is by far the one that checked all the boxes! It’s a new home that is spacious, bright, andwell appointed with all the amenities you could think of. The views were what sold us, but the stay and the time with the family was what made this stay extra memorable! We would definitely stay here again!!

Loved our stay here! Very spacious and comfortable for our group of 9. I can imagine up to 13 adults would still sleep very comfortably here. Stunning views are accessible via front of house and the rooftop, and the Vrbo is very conveniently located (e.g. Safeway, Sedonuts, Pink Jeep Tours, hiking trailheads, restaurants, etc. were within 10-15 min to the house). Rupa was very quick, helpful, and responsive in answering all of our questions.I will say, the temperature throughout the house was a bit inconsistent. It was overall tolerable, but the bedroom across from the primary bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house. Overall VERY happy with our stay, and glad to have stumbled across this listing in our search. It was *perfect* for an intimate bach weekend

This is a wonderful property. the amenities were great and everything was beautiful, inside and out. I would definitely stay here again!

brand new property, as advertised in a picturesque setting. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in process went smoothly. When iron was missing, she promptly delivered one within a hour. When there were temperature variations throughout the house, a maintenance manager was deployed immediately to trouble shoot and correct. Plenty of amenities for kids including board games, ping pong table, and foosball. Highly recommended

This was an amazing stay! The home really supported our time together as a family with great open seating, views full of awe, and luxury space to provide fun and full relaxation. We used each feature from the hot tub to game room and cooking large meals! An extra special memory will be watching sunset from the rooftop followed by sunrise the next day. Family connecting was our biggest interest and we ALL commented on the impact the home had in creating this for us. Bonus was the Christmas tree setup for our family holiday time. We also loved the convenient access to SugarLoaf hiking trails!! Wow! This is an amazing home (that we all considered staying in permanently if we had the funds :)

House is in a great location and the amenities were fantastic! Very spacious, lots of upgraded features, enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and rooftop seating.
