Stayed Nov 26, 2025The house was in decent condition. The beds and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was nice except for it did not have hot water to the sink and the oven did not work properly so we could not cook in it. Pictures had fallen off the walls and hangers not fixed to put them back up. The backyard was overgrown and there was mold on the outside furniture. The TV in the living room had a blue backlight so everything we watched looked blue. The TV in the master bedroom turned off and restarted about every 3 minutes so that was not usable. The gate to the parking worked initially and then wouldn't open on Day 2. Overall it was decent but we would not rent it again.

Stayed May 25, 2024We needed a get away. Wanted to get out in Miami but were also content to chill at home. we spent most of the weekend in the house. it was perfect. clean. cool. comfortable. thanks for a great weekend getaway.

Stayed Mar 4, 2022This home is beautiful! 5 stars all the way around. It was clean (IMMACULATE), well stocked, and in a quiet location that's only a 15 minute drive to Wynwood. The hosts left soap, shampoo, washing machine pods, dryer sheets, beach equipment, children toys, SEVERAL dishes to use, candy on the bed, a blow dryer, paper towels, a few bottles waters, and literally EVERYTHING we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend it!
