New Build in desirable Ocean Park community

This is a fabulous place to come and enjoy a beautiful time near the beach. It is beautifully decorated and the appliances are all pretty new. Please do your food shopping before arriving at the property. The market is 20 miles from the house so it helps to not make a separate trip. You can order your food to be delivered to the property before you arrive, but the fees for this are high. The kitchen is well-stocked with the cooking tools to get you started. There is even a cabinet in which other visitors have contributed bottles of seasoning and olive oil etc, which you can use while there. Some of the pillows are really really firm. So be prepared for that. I chose to use a throw blanket rolled up as my pillow instead. Lastly, don't forget your bug spray. There is a can there if you forget but there were a lot of mosquitos around the property. But it did rain heavily the week before so that could be it

The location and house in general were nearly perfect although it would have been amazing to have access to the adjacent Marsh House. Daily 7 AM leaf blowing was the worst negative but everything else was great- we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Since it rained and was chilly, we were unable to enjoy the outdoor spaces, which are numerous and lovely. The views are beautiful and house is well appointed. It very comfortably accommodates 4 couples and has spots to also have quiet time. We look forward to staying her again.

Nice property with spectacular marsh views and ocean course beyond. Generally well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and good size home. Kitchen was nice but not well stocked and some of pots/pans and plates were old and need replacement. Leaf blowers start at the Marsh House next door every morning at 7:30. Electronic shades were not all functional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of this house is perfect for multiple couples and definitely one we will rent again when returning to Kiawah. Each bedroom is on opposite ends of the house per floor so everyone had privacy while still being together. The marsh view is absolutely gorgeous and decks + patio made soaking it all end perfect! The only complaint we have about the Marsh House next-door is that the maintenance crew had their blowers out at 7am which was loud but otherwise not an issue. Great location to The Ocean Clubhouse and playground down the street for kids.

My husband recently passed away. I needed a rest. And, that is just what it provided me.

The place is stunning. It is probably a $4-$5 million house. Great architecture and well appointed. Basically a Serena and Lilly catalog. Fantastic kitchen. Balconies and TV's everywhere. This is at the far end of the island, very convenient to the Ocean Course. Corporate property manager was helpful when I called with a question. Kings in all four bedrooms...two on the main floor and two up. Complaints are minor. House is next to Marsh House pool and crews were out at 7 a.m. blowing off leaves most mornings. Pillows are really thick, so BYO-Pillow if you like thinner or you'll be sleeping on the decorative pillows. They supply super-cheap toilet paper, so bring that too if that is something you care about. Get groceries/sundries before driving to the house for the first time as it is a fairly long drive back. Take advantage of the sports equipment voucher. We rode bikes and really enjoyed it.

This home is spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
