Occasional maintenance visits may be necessary during your stay to keep water safe and comfortable. Unless caused by guest misuse (such as drink spillage or adding prohibited substances like bath bubbles), this maintenance is complimentary. If water needs replacement, please be aware it can take up to 24 hours to reheat fully due to the electric heating system. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this limitation designed to ensure your health and comfort.

    We had a water issue for a whole day unable to use the restrooms or showers. Property management blamed on Polk County and didn’t take responsibility at all. We lost a day of activities because of this. The property managers solution to this was to deliver 2 cases and 6 jugs of water at 9:00 pm after the water was turned on. We also had tiny ants in each bathroom. I do not recommend staying with Shine Villas again!
