Stayed Feb 6, 2026I've stayed at several rental homes on Anna Maria over the past 15 years. This property had an ideal location within walking distance to populat bars, restaurants and the bay & beach. The pool, spa and ADU were wonderful for my group of 5 women. One of the main reasons my group rented this home was the heated pool/spa. When we arrived, temps were in the low 60s and the pool and spa were not heating properly. The host did not answer my text messages but when I called she did send a pool man right away and the heater was working properly the afternoon/evening of our 2nd day. Internet was in and out our entire stay making it difficult and frustrating to watch the opening ceremonies of the Milan Cortina Olympics and the Super Bowl. We appreciated several items in the kitchen but, having some basics like salt, pepper, aluminum foil/saran wrap, coffee filters or a few coffee pods would have been much appreciated. The home does have two well appointed full baths but there is only one shower. There is a 2nd shower in the ADU however, if you have couples staying in the home this may be something to think about as the bathroom on the second floor just has a tub with handheld sprayer. Some extra blankets or throws as well as an information booklet with instructions, information & recommendations would have been a nice touch.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025Beautiful house! It’s an older home that has been remodeled so it has lots of charm and character with all the modern conveniences of a new house. The backyard is the highlight! We loved the pool and hot tub (just be sure to start the heater in the hot tub an hour prior to use it because it takes time to warm up). The location is absolutely perfect! It’s a short walk to the beach, and the hostess provides nice pool chairs, umbrella and a wagon. Lots of restaurants and stores that are walking distance. Also, the hostess is super nice and accommodating. We would love to come back!
