UNIT. Beautiful 4BR/3.5BA unit in Black Bear Crossing. This beautiful

4-bedroom townhouse will easily accommodate a large family or multi-family

getaway. The first floor has a large, airy entry area with a powder room and

Master bedroom with a Queen bed, and ensuite full bathroom with a shower and

soaking tub. On the second floor upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. Two of the

rooms have a Queen bed, and one has a twin over twin bunk bed with a Queen

bed, and 2 full bathrooms. It will be easy to feel at home in this spacious

townhouse with a private hot tub, grill and only a few steps away from the ski

slopes. The kitchen/dining/family room is open with a spacious floor plan for

happy gatherings. Dining table seats 8. Warm up and relax by the gas fireplace

after a fun day or slopes or trails. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub off

the back deck. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and tons of

granite counter space with plenty of cookware and dishes to prepare your own

meals. Dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, gas

range with convection oven. Microwave, coffee pots and toaster. All bathrooms

have hairdryers. This unit also has a washer and dryer and central air

conditioning. Ski/bike in and out access is available weather permitting.

Black Bear Crossing has a wonderful common area with a gas fire pit, a covered

picnic table area with a grill, and a projector for outdoor movies to enjoy
