- At low tide the draft at the dock is 2.5 feet
- The dock can comfortably fit a 30 foot vessel
- Hamblin pond is accessed through little river and Waquoit bay
- There are no bridges to access Hamblin pond
- There is fuel sold at the local little river marina
- Less than 6 miles dock to dock to Oak Bluffs Martha’s Vineyard

- No more than 8 guests allowed at the home.
- No smoking.
