We are fortunate our property did not have any structural damage or flooding to the house. Our home is still easily accessible off of the highway.

**WATER**- We are open for booking- however we are under a BOIL WATER NOTICE from the City of Asheville for the time being. Water can be used (without boiling) for laundry, dish washing, toilet flushing & showering (do not ingest)- the water may appear cloudy. We will provide guests with 1 case ofbottled water. Please heed to boil instructions throughout the house and reach out with any and all questions.
