New! Alta Mesa quiet, relaxing single level home with heated pool view

You will love your stay in this comfortable, recently upgraded one level home located in the beautiful Alta Mesa Golf Club community. As you enter the property you are greeted by a private courtyard. Upon opening the front door you will be amazed at the open and spacious layout of this home especially the vaulted ceilings in the living room. The property features granite counter tops and a pass thru window to the patio in the kitchen. French door access to the patio where you can enjoy yourmorning breakfast or quiet moments. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, French door access to the patio, large closet spaces, double sinks, granite countertops and vanity. The guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are on the opposite side of the master providing privacy.

This home has central ac and a new H2O water system that provides great drinking water from any faucet and is great for your use.

We have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig available. (Need to provide your own coffee and pods.)
Fully furnished kitchen with everything you might need: pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, serving bowls, baking pans, mixer

There are some games and movies available, TV in master and living room each have a DVD player, also a portable CD player in master.

Baby pack and play is provided in the guest bedroom closet.

The community pool area has large gas grills for resident usage.
If the temperature is 60 degrees or below they do not open the pool because it gets cold too fast however the hot tub is available anytime.
Spa was just remodeled and the pool deck was resurfaced in October 2018.
The winter pool hours are reduced to 8AM to 5PM to keep the pool heated to the set temperature.

There is not a fitness facility on the complex. However just 3.3 miles away is The Red Mountain Multigenerational Center and they offer daily, 20 day, and monthly memberships.

This home is centrally located and close to freeways and restaurants, grocery and retail stores. Seasonal memberships are also available at Alta Mesa Golf Club. This property is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with like townhomes and condos.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
No street parking or parking on the driveway at all times. The single car garage is available and overflow parking is located within the complex in designated spaces.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.
