The property was in poor condition, featuring stained carpets, noisy heaters, a broken indoor fireplace, and an insecure sliding back door. The kitchen was inadequately stocked, and we discovered dirty dishes put away in the cupboards. The community amenities were also misrepresented. We found one pool empty and were unable to use the basketball or tennis courts due to unlisted reservation requirements. Additionally, the lack of information regarding pool towels forced us to use those from the house.Finally, a malfunctioning door code prevented us from returning the towels inside upon checkout. We left them tucked between the storm door and the locked door, and notified the owner. Despite our offer to drive back and attempt to resolve this, the owner refused to facilitate access and insisted we replace the towels before any damage was proven.

Everything was great. The weather didn't cooperate so we all left Sat at 3pm, but otherwise it was nice. Will probably do it again nextyear...

The house was cozy, had lots of games to choose from, and the kitchen was well equipped. Check in was easy as well.

We had an amazing time! Made Smores by the fire, visited Bushkill Falls, and the beds were so comfortable. We had rain one day so it was great to have a variety of board games to pick from. Michael, the host, was readily available to answer any questions we had. The house is in a great location and close to many activities and restaurants. We plan to go back again next year!

Had a great weekend. The host gave clear and accurate instructions for just about everything. The house was easy to find. The driveway had plenty of room for our cars and enough room leftover to set up cornhole. The house was just as described in the listing. Plenty of options for group activities or individual activities.

Lights are not that bright in backyard as shown in the picture above. Concrete patio Chair and table are not clean as shown on the picture. It wasn’t clean and wash well.

Three generations enjoyed our getaway with an overnight stay. All slept well and had everything we needed.

The house was the perfect size and the beds were comfortable. It was like a home away from home with plenty to do.

Nice home! Very cozy, well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet. Streets were well maintained after snowstorm. Host responded quickly to questions we had. Highly recommend!!

There were 10 of us staying overnight at the property. Everything described in the listing was accurate. Communication with the host was quick, efficient and accommodating to our needs. Hanging out around the fire we made in the fire pit made for a really great time with friends. Highly recommend!

Convienient to Great Bear Golf Course which was our destination. Stayed one night ( Nice not to have a 2 night min. so, nice location ( gated community) and well stocked with needs.
