The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home, that's why you are here. There is one closet that is locked and used for supplies in the master bedroom.

NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in our home.

- NO SMOKING
- Any guest in reservation must verify identity with the platform VRBO or host. No access will be granted and no refunds or exceptions if ID is not recognize. We take serious to identify the person who is actually staying in our home and like any person we need to confirm who is staying in.
• Visitors to the guests should not exceed 10 (for a max number of 10 people in our home at any one time).
• All guests are liable for any and all damage to the home and common areas, including legal fees.

** Before you check out, please place back the card pass to Johnson's Beach, Gulf Islands National Seashore located at main entrance wall hanging hook. $50 Fee will be charged if misplaced.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on our property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind -nor Pets- are - not - permitted in our home – guests will be charged a $250 fine per day of staying plus the cost to remove smoke or odor removal from the house.
- An additional cleaning fee of $295 total to be applied on longer reservations, 4 weeks and over for a deeper cleaning.
- Guests must treat our home with respect please keep the place tidy. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans.
• Please remove all footwear at the door of house.
• Smelly garbage must be disposed off in the garbage can (adjacent near garage bins are available outside) before the smell fills my home.
• Do not stain the white towels – a $25 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels
- Towels taken away will be $50 per towel.
• Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard.
• Late check-outs and early check-ins are challenging since the listing is always booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check-in and/or late check-out may range from $50 up to fully cost of the nightly rate of the reservation, and that will not grant you the night.
