No problems at all. Perfect location for our needs. Hot tub was very refreshing. Would stay here again.

Our family loved the area as it wasn’t as congested as Destin or Oklaloosa Island. Pool was nice but needed cleaning, as did the pool deck. Condo was nice but could use new sofa and front door (not very secure and weather stripping was missing in areas). It was not cleaned as it should have been - some type of gnats on kitchen counter by window, a bathing suit behind bathroom door, and toys under a bed. A few improvements could make this condo a perfect place!

Beautiful house! The location is perfect! The beach is right across the street and has a great little restaurant where you can grab lunch or mid-day drinks. The pool was also a hit with our kids!

Our family of 4 was very happy with this location. We loved having our own space. With 3 girls in the family having 3 full baths was wonderful. The 2nd floor balcony was a highlight. Easy walk to the beach. The beach location was clean and beautiful. We stayed there for EOD memorial weekend. It was easy to get to all of the events. It was a great location. It was quiet and laid back.

Everything else was great. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and someone came the next morning to repair it. Very impressed with the quick service on that.

We really enjoyed our stay, but the property itself isn't maintained as well as it should be. The grounds are overgrown and somewhat feel abandoned. The beach house interior is updated at face value, but not completely. The mattresses are terrible! One was so bad we had to move it to the third floor for the kids to sleep on and move another mattress to a room with a bathroom for adults. The AC filters were so dirty and not maintained. We caught a bucket of water from the vents each day. Reported the issue, but it wasn't resolved. The PROS Great beach access. The walk is short, and a private beach boardwalk is directly across the street. Located next to Surf Hut restaurant which allowed us to access a restroom right off the beach.
