Stayed Jun 19, 2021We chose this location for an easy 30 minute walk to a rockies game. We weren't aware of a weekend festival in the area so parking was a bit difficult for check in. Our last day was ok parking but be aware of local events unless your staying for that reason. Neighbors partied late into the evening, but again maybe it was just due to the festival in the area. Nice location otherwise.

Stayed Jun 9, 2021Bigger than expected, with multiple living spaces and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good water pressure. Neighborhood is close to downtown, 15 mins walking from some bars and restaurants. Safe to walk around at night.

Stayed Aug 28, 2020This was our second stay at Darren’s condo in Five Points. Great condo with tons of room for the 4 of us to have our space. First class stay and Darren is very accommodating and responsive for any questions. Will definitely be staying here a 3rd time!!! Thanks Darren for another successful trip.
