Stayed Sep 27, 2025Host was very attentive to any questions we had. Only question was concerning recycling which evidently NM doesn't do?! They left snacks which my adult son loved. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of non feathered pillows as I am allergic to feathers. Also they supplied tissues. We normally have to go buy them at the store. Great location for visiting Carlsbad Cavern and Guadalupe Mts. Only thing which could have been better was if the National Parks didn't shut down!Thanks for hosting our family!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025My family stayed here for two nights and would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and well furnished. We are big cookers and there was plenty of nice cookware and bakeware and nice appliances. There is lots of space in the house and it’s spaced out well to easily fit a couple families if you wanted. The beds were very comfortable as well. The neighborhood was very quiet. The host was very communicative and provided a snack basket for our family which was very much enjoyed.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The owners were great stayed in contact with me when our plans got canceled because weather told us of good places to eat and maybe go out with our 4 yr old goddaughter I highly recommend this house if your in Carlsbad New Mexico

Stayed Dec 23, 2024The property was clean upon arrival. The landlord provided good communication prior to our arrival, and remained in contact during our stay. A Christmas tree and ornaments were provided which made the holiday amazing for our family. Snacks and treats were provided, which excited the children as well. There were good quality appliances. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample linens and pillows for each room. There were games for the family to play. Most off the entire house had fresh/newer finishes. Small repairs are required to the main bedroom and bathroom. But the house overall, was in great condition. It was a welcoming space that was comfortable. The house is also well stocked with many kitchen basics that provide for easy meal preparation for holiday meals. Our family would definitely stay here again, and suggest this house to others. It was overall a great experience for our family during the week of Christmas.
