Head to the walk out lower level, there's a staircase off the kitchen or you can enter through the door next tothe garage. There's a cute den area with a flat screen TV and a large picture window. Next you'll find a full bath with a shower, and 2 more rooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, a work at home area, and dresser. The next room has a bunk bed, with a full mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on the top bunk.
Off the living room is a sun-room with built in bench seating, what a great place to hang out in the afternoon and evenings. There's a large deck with outdoor seating, round picnic table with umbrella and a gas grill. Enjoy all your meals outside on this spacious deck.

This house is located in Harwich, just 1.9 miles to Bank Street Beach, short walk to the Rail Trail and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and shops.
There's 3 adult bikes that the owners will leave in the garage for the renters to use. Garage is to be used for beach equipment, bikes, coolers etc.. Not to be used for cars.
AC window units in 2 upstairs bedroom and living room. Ductless split AC located in the lower level. New full size washer and dryer have been installed in addition to the stackable unit.
