Welcome to your home away from home, just three minutes from downtown Greenville!This charming single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for long stays, short getaways, and everything in between. Set in a quiet, established neighborhood, it offers a peaceful retreat with all the convenience of city living right at your fingertips.

The master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two full beds, making it great for families or groups. All linens, towels, pillows, and bedding are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable.

You`ll love the spacious layout with a large living room and a separate den that flows openly into the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or enjoying time with family. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, and there’s a separate dining room for sharing them together.

Step out from the den onto the back deck, where you’ll find comfortable seating and a peaceful view of the backyard, ideal for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. There`s also a large front porch if you prefer to watch the world go by from the front of the house.

The home has fast Wi-Fi throughout and TVs in the bedrooms for relaxing and unwinding. Whether you’re here for work, a hospital stay, or just exploring Greenville, you’ll appreciate how close you are to hospitals, shopping, restaurants, and parks, all while tucked into a walkable, quiet neighborhood that feels like a true retreat.

We’ve designed this space to feel like home, comfortable, convenient, and ready for longer stays. Come settle in and enjoy Greenville like a local!

Guests will have full access to the entire main level of the home, including the living areas, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, and both bathrooms. You’ll also have access to the washer and dryer, which are located in the basement. The basement is accessed by a set of stairs off the kitchen.

Please note that there is a long-term tenant who lives in a separate portion of the basement. He has his own private entrance, does not access the main level, and is rarely home.

Check-in is completely self-service for your convenience. You’ll receive a unique access code at your scheduled check-in time, which you’ll use to unlock the door and throughout your entire stay. If you need anything at all, we’re just a call or message away and happy to help.

The home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood that`s perfect for evening walks. It`s peaceful, safe, and just minutes from all the action downtown.

Getting around is easy from this location. You`re just a 3-minute drive to downtown Greenville, and most guests prefer to use a car for convenience. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the area is also bike and walk friendly.
Check-In Policy:

-Standard Check-In time is 4:00 pm

-Early Check-in Option:
A 2 hour early check-in @ 2:00 pm is available for a fee of $60. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival.

We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready.

Checkout Policy:

-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am
Guests must vacate the premises by this time.

-Late Checkout Option:

A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout.

-Penalty for Delayed Departure:
Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled
