The farm was wonderful! The kids loved all the animals and it was so beautiful.
Unique location. Seemed a bit of a money grab for tourists. Kept getting up charged and felt pushed to take a horse ride.
Our family stayed at the Firefly Horse Co Wellness Retreat Center on our way to Glacier National Park. It was the perfect stay! Our children loved petting the friendly goats and horses, and meeting the hogs, barn cats, and dogs on the farm. You can tell that the farm is a labor of love for the owners. The RV was clean and had everything we needed inside (towels, bedding, crockery, etc). Our host was on hand to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Our stay at the Horse Farm was AMAZING! We stayed a total of three nights, and it was our favorite place to stay on our road trip through WY-MT-SD. The farm is beautiful and the host Julie and her family was very nice! They are so kind and generous to make you feel right at home. We did not get to spend as much time at the farm as we would have liked, as we were only in that area for a few days and were trying to see as much of Glacier National Park as possible. The location was great, close to Kalispell to run there for dinner or shopping, and close enough for day trips to Glacier National Park. It was quiet out on her farm, so it was nice to sleep. We have an RV, so we are familiar with the set up, and found it very nice. If you are considering this place, give it a try, I am sure you will be very pleased.
We rented the larger RV for one night, and everything was wonderful. Highly recommend!
We stayed in one of the trailers on the ranch in August. Check-in was easy. Trailer was great. Outdoor space - newer and bigger camping chairs should replace the old ones there. Felt like the price per night was high for what we got. Our only “hmmm” moment was we probably never would have talked to Julie except for our trailer door locked on us one night and we were stuck outside. No one else around us had cells and we finally found someone who was renting a cabin who kindly went out of his way to get ahold of Julie. No spare key for our trailer because previous renters lost it. Can’t you just go get a key made? I’d think it important to have spares all the time. She lives just behind the trailers yet no one renting other spaces had seen or talked to her in person. We felt communication could have been 100% better once we were there.
Family loved the farm! Great location away from crowds! Really relaxing especially after the hiking. Many thanks!!
The RV at Firefly Horse Co Retreat Center was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The kids loved all of the animals. Julie and all of the staff at the retreat center are easy to communicate and work with. If we are in the area again I would definitely look at staying here again.
Great for small family with children; 7 adults + 3 large dogs made for cramped quarters. Outside shower by horse barn was not clean; table converting to bed was a problem, but made it work; everything else was ok considering the # of people and pets involved.
Loved our 4 night stay at firefly, wish i was still there. Was really wonderful for my little cousin to play with all the animals and also made a friend with the owners daughter!!! Life long memories made
Loved our stay in the camper. All slept good and had a blast on the horses. The baby goats were the hit of the trip. Thanks again, such a treat.
We couldn’t have been happier with this stay. The host went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. She even let us hold 1 hour old baby goats and named one after my 7 year old granddaughter! You have access to entire property and animals. We had a great time and would stay there again! Can’t give this property a high enough rating.
We had an excellent time at the property and was exactly as we had hoped. Owner was extremely friendly and easily accessible. Property was awesome and unit was clean. Turned out we had some acquatances in common and also went to the same college 1000 miles away, small world
It was exactly as advertised and a fantastic stay! The trailer is very clean and larger than we thought. We were 2 adults w/ 3 older kids and we were tight but for 5 nights it wasn't a problem at all. The farm itself is incredible! The goats and chickens, kittens, pigs, dogs, sheep, donkeys and horses could keep the kids entertained all day/night. The farm is also located in a perfect location just out of town but still close to everything in the area including Glacier. Overall, we had a perfect stay at Firefly and would definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks for letting us visit!!
We liked where the trailer was in the midst of a horse ranch, but the beds were really uncomfortable, especially the bunk-bed-style beds. For these, there was a very thin pad, so it was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, which is what was below the pad. It was disappointing that we had a coffee make but no coffee. We booked for two nights and only stayed for one.
We really enjoyed our farm/camping experience. The kids loved seeing all the animals on the farm. The property is surrounded by mountain views. The camper was well stocked. We enjoyed having the picnic table and firepit for our use.
Enjoyed a wonderful family getaway to Glacier National Park! The rental was an easy drive to the West entrance of the park. Our family (2 seniors, 2 adults, and 2 children) all loved the peaceful environment and beautiful scenery. The children (girls ages 11 and 14) loved all the animals, especially the horses, goats, dogs, and kittens. Several of us took a horse ride, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, great family experience!
Great place to stay for access to west glacier
The location and accommodations were perfect!!
Great stay, great host, great property, incredible location! Only issue is that we were charged for Random things like per person (even though we slept in our own camper) and a few other things. Definitely would stay again!
We stayed using both campers and had 10 people total which included 5 teenagers. The kids loved the animals especially the kittens. The campers were clean and well prepared but with 10 people we really filled them. The water connection to the outside of both campers leaked which made a bit of a puddle under the campers - this is something that should be fixed. With six people in the large camper, it was a bit crowded but we expected that. The owners were very nice, responsive and helpful. We stayed there to make a couple trips into Glacier Park and it was a very short trip to the park from that location. Worked perfectly.
