With a full kitchen, you have the option to spend time at home cooking or preparing snacks on days you don't want to go out, and there is acoffee bar as well.

Each room is equipped with a TV. Other provided entertainment includes board games for inside and corn hole for outside.

Backyard has palms and shells along with outdoor seating. There is a bistro table and chairs on the small screened porch out back as well.

The front porch is screened in with a laundry room next to front door, and covered parking is available as well.

We provide full amenities and are always ready to help you if you need something or if you run out.

We are 15 minutes from both Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach, 7-9 minute drive from downtown Sarasota, 5 minute drive from the popular Hillview Center (restaurants and shopping), 10 minutes from St Armands Circle, across the street from Arlington Park & Pool (our favorite!), and 15-20 minute drive from both Sarasota Jungle Gardens and Ringling Muesem.

The Arlington Park area is a great choice because on days you don't feel like going to the beach, there is still a lot to do near by. Arlington Park has a gorgeous 5 Mile trail in addition to their pool, child's park, tennis and basketball courts, and rec center. Our favorite part is the outdoor gym across from our (your) house! This is so much fun for the kids, too.

This is a quiet residential street that does not allow parties or street parking.
