    We wanted a family vacation with parents and four teenage cousins where we could relax and have fun (bonus for not involving screens), and this house proved to have it all! We had lots of family fun with all of the games in the house (including ping pong, pool, cornhole, foosball, Pac-Man, cards, and pickleball down the road). (The community pool was closed for renovations.) Host Bob was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The house is well-appointed, beautifully maintained, and the coffee bar was a delight! We would definitely stay here again. (Bonus: Spotting all the deer each day. One even came to check us out from the ridge above.)

    Our family enjoyed our stay at Bob and Phil's place. A clean and comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen was a perfect fit for us. We really enjoyed the views and the beautiful wildlife. We were able to see fox, deer, and even a black bear all from our window views. (Which we kept in mind on our walks around the community!) Although we were disappointed the community pool was being renovated during our vacation time, we enjoyed hiking and some state parks that were all in close proximity. The outlet mall, grocery store, and a pharmacy are all conveniently located 5-10 minutes away. Our family would highly recommend the yummy eateries at the bottom of the mountain as well! (Tony's Pizza & Barley Creek were the favorites)

    We stayed here for just a short time, but wish we could have stayed longer. The house is very clean and homey. We found we spent most of our time in the house just spending quality time together and enjoying the fireplace and the many family games available to play. I would def. recommend staying here for your Pocono's getaway!

    We had a great few days at this house with another family. We all loved the basement game room and the house was well stocked with all the essentials. And of course the coffee bar was a nice plus! We spent a lot of time at Camelback, so the location couldn’t have been better. The owners were easy to work with and very communicative before we got there. Would definitely recommend!

    The property was wonderful and had everything we needed. The teenagers enjoyed the game room after the long, cold day on the mountain. The house is very close to the ski resort, which made it very convenient for drop off and pick up procedures. Everyone enjoyed the coffee bar! The communication was excellent with smooth check procedures. We would definitely love to return!

    Bob and Phil's place was lovely and thoughtful with many nice amenities, and we truly felt like we were in our own home because we had those items at our own house. I especially was impressed by the coffee bar that they set up - 24/7 cafe for sure. My kids had fun doing the water parks nearby and outlet shopping. We weren't able to ski because of the weather, which gives us another reason to return! I also enjoyed taking walks with our dog in the neighborhood, a nice and peaceful community with gorgeous mountain views. My husband made fire in the fire place every night. Our family got the rest that we needed, and we had fun playing ping pong and pool. It's a lovely home for creating our winter holiday memory together!
