Stayed Apr 12, 2025The house looked wonderful when we saw the listing, but we were slightly nervous because there were not any recent reviews. The concerns were washed away the second we walked inside! The house is immaculate, newly decorated, and perfect for a relaxing week in Key Colony Beach. We rented a 26’ boat, and the dock was more than adequate. If you do bring / rent a boat, you have to approach at a slightly steeper angle due to mangroves extending past the dock near the dock end (on the vacant lot next to the property). Just be careful if you have outriggers, etc. The commercial ice machine was great! It filled quickly and kept ice for days. The convenience is a game changer when trying to get offshore by sunrise. The pool and back area were great for relaxing. We enjoyed the cornhole set between jumps into the pool.The master suite is large and has a huge walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The third has two twin beds - perfect for children. The kitchen island was huge! All new appliances throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Our family had a wonderful Christmas away from home staying in this beautiful house! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The house was spotless, the pool was amazing, the kitchen had everything we needed for a few home cooked meals and we got a few bike rides in! Thank you so much for making everything so easy!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023This is our favorite home to stay at when its just our family of 4. The layout is perfect and everyone has their own bathroom! Between the huge kitchen island and the dining table you can seat 14 people comfortably. Plenty of room for having friends over for a fish fry! It's also very clean. We love this property & plan on returning often.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at on Key Colony. The location, home and pool were wonderful. Hooked a huge tarpon right off the dock, caught several mangrove snapper and enjoyed daily visits from the cuties manatee. Will definitely be back!! Thank you for opening your home to my family!

Stayed Mar 26, 2022this was one of the nicest VRBOs I have stayed in. The kitchen was very nice, and well stocked with pans and utensils, except the knives need sharpening. The pool was wonderful and the location of the house allowed us to sit outside in the shade most of the day. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend it.
