The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is perfect for enjoying aCape Cod summer with its huge wraparound deck, peaceful setting, and easy access to downtown Wellfleet and the nearby ocean beaches.



Inside, the home offers a bright, open layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The main living and dining space features a cathedral ceiling, large sliding glass doors, abundant natural light, and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. The property has a darling midcentury modern design, offering high-speed Wi-Fi, a large TV, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and a grill for an easy, comfortable stay. The bedroom layout works well for families and groups, with two queen bedrooms on the main floor, one with an ensuite full bathroom and a second full bath available for the rest of the home. There are two upstairs rooms with twin beds, one of which is an open loft-style bedroom, and these rooms share a full bathroom.



Guests here can enjoy the best of Wellfleet’s natural beauty and small-town charm. The home is about a 10-minute drive to Wellfleet center, where you can enjoy the local restaurants, galleries, and shops, and is about 8 minutes from the ocean beaches, including Marconi Beach. The surrounding freshwater ponds and scenic marsh location add to the appeal, making this a wonderful home base for everything Cape Cod.
