This new luxury California Spanish Revival style home resides on its own 2 acre private estate grounds and has 4 en suite bedrooms and an open loft bedroom/lounge with 5 full bathrooms and a guest powder bathroom. This remarkable home is newly constructed and is a designers dream using only the finest accoutrements and exquisite custom craftsmanship throughout. This is one of the most spectacular and breathtaking properties in the entire Indian Wells / Palm Springs / La Quinta / Coachella areas. All bookings include guest arrival concierge meet and greet at the Dorado Vida Estate property to introduce and familiarize guests with the grounds and the home. Daily cleaning and private chef services can also be arranged upon request.
This beautifully landscaped expansive 2+ acre private estate has spectacular mountain views and is located in one of the most desirable and visually stunning locations in Indian Wells. It is only 2.5 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 8 miles to the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, and 20 minutes to Palm Springs. The property is located near the Eldorado and Indian Wells Golf Country Clubs (both walking distance). The property is not on a golf course and the backyard sea of grass is our actual private property.
The Dorado Vida Estate house has a large living / dining / bar room all open area with a loft room/lounge above. The large gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry and ice makers is a chef's dream. Each of the four bedroom suites has reclaimed wood planked floors, both sheer and blackout curtains and their own unique hand painted tile en suite bathrooms with walk in showers. The 2nd floor loft is open to the living room below and can be used as a lounge area with its two lounge couches and/or can be used as another bedroom as the couches change to full size beds and there is a third full size bed in a nook in the loft as well. There are a total of 8 beds in the house (1 California King, 1 King, 3 Queen, and in the loft are 1 Full lounge bed & 2 Full XL couch/beds).
The amazingly tranquil property has its own private tennis and pickleball court with its brand new surface matching the Indian Wells Tennis Garden championship court. A Silent Partner Quest advanced automatic tennis ball machine is available for guest use. Private pool/spa and fruit orchards with a tree house are also on the property...relax, play, entertain. The home has the Sonos music system for interior and exterior guest music. Basketball, bocce ball, croquet, and horse shoes are all available for guest enjoyment as well. Home gym fitness equipment includes stairmaster elliptical, stationary bicycle, dumbbell and curl bar free weights with bench, resistance bands, and yoga mats.
The Dorado Vida Estate house looks out onto its own private 1+ acre grass barranca backyard for chipping golf balls, football, volleyball, bounce houses, etc. The incredible views from the interior of the house, backyard, pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, orchards, and grass barranca all look out to Eisenhower Mountain and the winter snow covered peaks of the San Jacinto Mountain Range.
The private orchards on the Dorado Vida Estate property provide fresh fruit that guests can partake in and enjoy daily. Fruits include grapefruit, tangelos, oranges, limes, lemons, apples, kumquats, and figs. There is a commercial grade juice squeezer available in the kitchen for guest use.
Our Dorado Vida Estate property is great for large families, couples, retreats, family reunions, etc. The house very comfortably sleeps full families and friends groups. Ask about discounts for longer stays.

The home and the amenities on property allowed all ages to enjoy themselves. Our family ages ranged from 2 years old to 68. We all were entertained in the pool, on the tennis court, shooting hoops, wicked bags competitions...grilling and eating together. This home allows families to completely enjoy each other. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living areas were set to keep all of us together and still grant privacy. This hits all superior marks. The home is beautiful, comfortable and no one wanted to leave.

We had a family group of twelve (including 4 children) staying at the home to celebrate my sister's birthday! Everyone had a ball! There is so much to do without ever leaving the property. The tennis court was a real plus! Every attention to detail was met! Even the children were very sad to leave the property! John the property manager was very welcoming and made sure that if we had any problems(which we didn't) that he was there for us! Overall a five star experience!! Thanks Matt!

We had a three generation gathering -- my wife and I, 3 children and their spouses, and our two small (ages 1 and 3) grandchildren -- and there was something for everyone to enjoy on this beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the pool and the tennis court (the tennis court being one of the primary reasons this property came to our attention). The inside of the house was spacious, beautifully decorated (although it felt homey, not museum-like!) with what seemed like an endless wall of windows overlooking the back of the house, the pool, the yard and the mountains in the distance. The property is also in a convenient location for exploring the area. An excellent grocery store (Albertson's) is within a 5 minute drive from the house and excellent restaurants within 10 minutes or so in both directions on the 111 from the house . The owner, Matt, and his designees were really flexible about our arrival time and were readily accessible for any issues that arise -- although happily we had not a single issue that required a call to any of them in the week that we were there. All in all our stay was restful and relaxing and everyone in the family enjoyed their stay to the max.Terrific place. We will hopefully be back again.

My family and I have rented vacation homes many times and this home is far and away the best we have experienced. The home is absolutely spectacular in every way. From the layout and and location to the amenities and interior design it is in a class of its own. The owner and management could not have been more accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely be back again. Do not hesitate in renting this fantastic estate. With that being said, beware of coming home after your trip. You will likely want to move to California afterward.
