Nestled in the pines on 2 acres, secluded, close-to-nature house. Pet-Friendly!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very well equipped with all the amenities that we needed. It’s in a great location, far enough out where you feel secluded, yet close enough to get to Angel Fire Resort within a few minutes. I would recommend staying at this house, we will definitely be back!

Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Angel Fire area. The house was amazing. Candace went as far as having the fireplace 100% ready to light and enjoy. The house was spotless, super easy and was a wonderful stay. I don’t have enough nice things to say. Highly recommend!!!

Candace was a great host. She was very prompt with communication.The property has a great location and it is stocked with everytging you might think you need on a vacation. Coffee (both drip and Keurig), tea, a lot of spices, pleanty of cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, there was even a bottle of wine to welcome us in. We were there right after Christmas....we had a small Christmas tree, the decorations were very festive, even the wine glasses were christmasy.....the appliances were new. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms stocked with everything you need.This has been the best place we've rented for a vacation in years.

Beautiful cabin in a quiet cozy wooded area. We were steps away from hiking trails, had everything we needed, and loved relaxing by the fire.Worth noting we were there for Christmas and the whole place was fully decorated and made our holiday even more special.

Quick and accurate communication with owner. Well stocked and new kitchen equipment. Well located on the mountain next to walking trails which we enjoyed with our dogs. Totally wonderful vacation cabin.

This cabin was perfect for a family retreat- close to town but secluded in the woods. The place was just what I expect from VRBO- clean, nicely furnished, inviting, comfortable beds, and a nice owner/ manager.

This is our second summer to stay in this lovely house located steps away from the beautiful Angel Fire trail system. It has a large deck perfect for watching wildlife. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. And it is pet friendly! We had a great time and are already looking forward to booking a trip in 2026!

Wow! This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It felt like staying a friend’s house. We had three adults, a toddler, and 2 month old, and two dogs. Household supplies weren’t rationed or locked away. If you needed something, it was there. It made it easy to be a good guest, we could clean up, sweep, etc. We brought our dogs and it was so nice that this place was pet friendly and convenient to have your pet there. Everything was labeled and we loved that. The location is perfect. Close to town and yet still secluded. The deer show up every night. Okay, the bad… we stayed in late June so it’s warm. But when the sun is shining in the house it gets so hot during the day (plenty of good quality fans are provided). I wish there was some sort of window coverings on the big windows though to block some of that sun. It wasn’t unbearable. Thanks for having us! -Jen & Jakob

This place didnt disappoint! It was an amazing cabin with everything and anything you needed to feel like you were home. For all seven of us there was plenty of room to move around and be all together. Everything was well worth it...all the way down to the deer and the elk being right outside! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room and amenities.

My five-year-old son and I stayed here recently, we had a great time. Plenty of board games, property to explore, stocked with coffee, ice, and other necessities. Clean and updated, 5 min from the mountain.

The cabin is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Very easy to get to town and the ski slopes. It was wonderful to warm up by the fire and relax after a day on the slopes.

This cozy home is tucked in the woods overlooking a lovely meadow. Kitchen and bathrooms are super well stocked and there are enough games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained for weeks. But the biggest attraction for us was that it is located steps away from the beautiful Angel Fire trail system. Already looking forward to returning!

Wonderful place! This was our second visit with Candace. Beautiful cabin home set in quiet forest setting on 2 acres. Hiking trail access right out the front door. Enclosed deck provides a great place and the dogs to sit in the cool air and enjoying scenery. Everything we needed to have a great vacation

The property was, for us, exactly as presented on VRBO. The check in process, the communication, and the check out process were completely transparent and simple to follow. Tons of games/puzzles to keep the kiddos occupied for a rainy day, and the kitchen was absolutely spotless and well-stocked for all manners of cooking. We used the grill and it, too, was clean and perfectly functioning. A rarity in private rentals were the spare and full (!) propane tanks. The land around the property kept us outside; plenty of very close hiking and biking trails, plus we hung hammocks from the trees on the property.
