Deer Valley Greyhawk has one of the best locations in the area - right between Deer Valley Resort and Park City Historic Main Street. You will be close to all the wonderful attractions and activities offered by Deer Valley and Park City.

This home offers plenty of upscale features and amenities within its 1,275 square feet. You will find two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests.

You will access the front door of this condo from either the stairway or the convenient elevator. Upon entering the home, you will first find the convenient mudroom, then a hallway with ski storage. Go up the first flight of stairs, and you will be in the main level great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: In the living room, you'll find comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. There's a Smart TV with a DVD player for all your favorite shows and movies. The room has an open and airy feel with the vaulted ceilings and a large window that brings in the mountain views. Step out onto the adjacent deck, and enjoy some mountain air from the Adirondack chairs, or cook up a grilled favorite!

Kitchen: The kitchen space is a dream and is fully equipped. You'll find a 4-burner gas range with an extra-large oven, granite countertops, and a butcher-block kitchen island with seating.

Dining Room: You will find seating for up to six guests in the dining area, along with the additional kitchen island seating for two.

    overall a very nice place. One of the bar stools in the kitchen needs to be replaced as it is broken and quite unsteady. The departure email could have come earlier, as I was skiing and missed it completely. As a result we didn't have a chance to get the garbage out and I'm not sure that we got all of the dishes washed. Sorry - will do better next time!

    Can’t beat the location and convenience of this condo. Property managers were very communicative and responsive. Condo itself could use some updating.

    We found the location and the property to be very comfortable and convenient access to skiing shuttle and downtown.Our only complaint was there was some mold in the upstairs en suite bathroom.
