I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week on the Cape very much. Family members rent the same week, so we spent dinners with them and enjoyed several golf courses!

This location was close to theirs and allowed us to have a get-together with them. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clean and homey! We had a wonderful time!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A spacious house with a conveniant location to South Village Beach and West Dennis Beach and close to area Dinning. House could use some updating and definately needs to have atleast window AC's added. All bedding in all four bedrooms need replacing all old and very uncomfortable.
