Perfect home for a family. Close to all of the outdoor activities and easy to get in town. It was clean, comfortable and completely outfitted with everything you need for a family vacation.

Well cared for and loved home!All the little kitchen extras like foil and seasonings helped in food prep.The host replied quickly on questions I had.It was a great location. The town is super cute and quaint. But has stores for all of your needs.

The townhome was just as advertised. It was clean and with in walking distance of many restaurants. The host politely kept us informed every step of the way.

Jeff was great to work with, and we loved our stay at his clean, bright, and cheery condo! Loved the extra touches too - like the helpful nightlights that are well-placed around the house. Also, supplying paper towels and an unopened dish scrubber were quite thoughtful (and not supplied at a a different place we recently stayed at). Jeff’s extra touches definitely meant a lot to us!

The house was immaculate and very welcoming. Everything was easy to use. Seeing as how we don't have a garage back home, the garage was a definite bonus. We loved it there and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Very well equipped with lots of thoughtful amenities. Spacious bedrooms and dining/family room area. grill on patio, garage. Excellent kitchen with many appliances. Three baths. We had four adults and three children so the place was full but it worked.

This large and modern house worked great for our weekend trip to some of Utah’s national parks. Check in was easy, the house was comfy. Highly recommend for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon.

We decided to use Kanab as home base for a week of hiking and sightseeing. Capone’s Hideaway worked perfectly for us. Location was great and the house was clean and very well appointed. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again

Capone’s Hideaway was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and well organized with a very functional kitchen and nice amenities. Great location for town, visits to Best Friends and hiking trails. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely two level townhouse. Everything was immaculate upon arrival. Instructions were simple and clear. Check in/out were simple. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Capone's Hideaway for 4 days and wish we could have stayed longer. The place is in perfect condition and the hosts provided everything we could think of including plenty of coffee for the mornings. There were even toothbrushes and razors in the bathrooms in case we had forgotten them. The beds were very comfortable and every room had a large flat-screen TV with Roku built in. It was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do - we spent time in Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Antelope Canyon during our stay.

The house was situated a couple of blocks from the main strip in Kanab. It was very clean and comfortable for our group. It's centrally located so you can plan day trips to Zion, Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon as well as Best Friends in Kanab. The management company was extremely responsive and very helpful with information on the local area. I highly recommend the property as well as Utah Escapes.

This was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Every detail was considered from extra towels to our favorite tea in the panty. We felt right at home. Communication with the host was great! Location was just what we needed for daily trips to local sights. Need to stay in the area...this is your place!!

Great property. The two king sized beds was the reason I booked here. We did not have a dog with us but the property encouraged dog owners to include their beloved pet. Dog bed. Dog crate in garage. Poop bags outside in the back yard. There were four 70+ people in our group. Two married couples. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the opportunity. The washer and dryer were a big plus but the garage was my favorite.

We enjoyed this clean, uncluttered, comfortable, and quiet home. The host proactively communicated with us for check-in and check-out. Appreciate the extra touches like having games available and a book full of restaurant and other recommendations.
