Near Tahoe keys. Marina, Pool Table, Streaming TV, & Free Wifi

The home is a good home if you are taking your dogs with you, as there is a gated front & backyard, the dogs really enjoyed playing in the snow. The home itself, could use a really good cleaning or a new cleaning service altogether, especially the area rugs in the home, they are extremely filthy. We actually put towels down over the area rugs because they are that bad! The home did smell clean upon entering, but that was about it. There are cob webs on the lighting and the walls have a lot of dirt/markings on then, the doors and door handles need to cleaned better. We tried to use the fireplace, but it would not light up, so my husband took a look to see if the pilot was on, and holy smoke, there were piles of dust in the bottom, you couldn't even see where the pilot was. We cleaned it out and decided not to take a chance on lighting it up because there was too much dust inside and we didn't want to take a chance on making things worse. When looking at the property listing, it looks to be a clean, well kept home, it is definitely lacking. Overall an okay property, we definitely wouldn't rent this home again.

Corey is very responsive and the place is a good size. Liked the front and backyard with our 2 dogs. AC worked great. Only note for future renters is you need to get/bring your own cooking ingredients and supplies such as foil paper, salt and pepper. Thanks Corey!

Great communication, easy check in, well stocked house. Perfect house with fenced in yard for dogs. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house is conveniently located not too far from snow adventure sites & is also near commercial establishments yet does not compromise on the quietness of the neighborhood. The house itself is clean and complete with most of the stuff you’ll need for a hassle-free vacation . It also helps that Cory, the property manager , is accommodating & replies right away when have questions.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this rental. I think a big focal point for our family was the pool table. I feel if we stayed anywhere else without this feature, we could’ve been left twiddling our thumbs quite a bit, especially in the later evening. During this pandemic We wanted to keep our contact with the public to a minimum so going out all day long was not really an option. Both my two boys under the age of 18 ended up sleeping in their own rooms and had their own personal space. The master bedroom bed I must say it was quite comfortable, and everything was very clean and tidy (as were all rooms). We definitely feel blessed waking up two mornings in a row to the cutest little rabbit, and even a run-in with a bear in the later evening (a real Tahoe experience!) Thank you Corey for making our stay outstanding!

I love the set up of the house, you can have someone in one room watching tv and you can still be4 in the other room playing pool or watching tv and not be bothering the other person. The check in is super simple and so is the check out. The beds are comfy. There are also two fenced yards, one has a low fence but the other has a tall fence. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, I was here in late July but I was thinking this would be great when there is snow because the yards are flat and kids could easily play in the snow. Just a note, the showerheads are not handheld and the washer controls for on are the same as the dryer above.

Our Family had a great time in Tahoe. The house was a perfect size for us - we had 9 people. We enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen had the things we needed. The only suggestion I had was the floors looked clean but when we walked on them with our socks they were dirty - so maybe a better cleaning person to mop the floors. Otherwise this was the perfect place to stay. My whole family agrees! The location was perfect as well.

Property very clean. Close to a lot of shop like foods and casino.
