Stayed Oct 23, 2025House was very nice and clean. Only thing was the pool spa would not heat. Owner was contacted and she responded quickly but spa never got hot. She tried to get pool people out, but since a Saturday, I assume they did not respond. We were really looking forward to a warm spa/hot tub which didn’t happen. Owner said she had just replaced the heater, so not sure what the problem was with the heating. Otherwise, everything was fine and good location for convenience.

Reviewer Comments: This house was a cute little vacation house in a very quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral.It was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, the pool was nice and the are was nice and private.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We did enjoy our stay, however, we did have a few issues: We found 4 cockroaches in the house, the front door had a small gap at the top of the door which we plugged up with paper towels, the master sink on the right side had no cold water and there was a small leak on the left sink. Also, I thought the pictures were a little deceiving.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Great location, quiet road and only minutes away from stores and restaurants. The place could be cleaned better, the bottoms of our feet were black, pool was never clean as the filter didn’t seem to be working. Hot tub was always cold or burning hot, never a great temperature. Kitchen is well stocked.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024After 4 days of a hot tub that was 'warm' and washer that sounded like a train coming thru the house, the issues were finally fixed. Cleanliness was ok. But walking through the house from the 1st day on in barefeet, the bottom of my feet were so dirty/black, as was everyone elses. Weve rented houses in Ft Myers for over 10 years and never had that. So I would say it was an 'ok' stay.

The house was located just a few miles from everything. It was clean and everything was well appointed.
