The wraparound deck + hot tub was probably our favorite part, it made for a perfect way to unwind after a day hiking in the mountains. We were so close to town and all of the area hikes that travel time was really minimized throughout our trip. The kitchen was a dream for cooking meals in, and the open living area was wonderful for the nights we were at home. The beds were cozy and the bathrooms were spacious. If we ever return to Ouray we will definitely book again!

Convenient location with nice walking paths to the Hot Springs, along the beautiful river and onto the Perimeter trail. The home was a welcome, cozy and well appointed retreat after our daily adventures.

All good. Road traffic and the road spray with some weird smelling anti dust treatment is annoying and unpleasant. Wish they would just asphalt. Streaming for Tv, the one night we tried didn’t have any bandwidth to watch so worthless. But, who cares when all I want to do is hike!

It was perfect for me. Great location and everything you could ever need...especially the Hot Tub! I would definitely return!!

Super charming home with a gorgeous view! My husband and I loved celebrating our 12 year wedding anniversary here. The location was perfect & relaxing in the hot tub was a wonderful bonus feature! The host was also very responsive & kindly allowed us a late check out upon our request. We plan on returning in the future & bringing our kiddos with us so they can also experience Ouray & all of its beauty.(:

We had a great stay and the VRBO property on Oak St was great. Really nice kitchen with all the best of appliances, roomy Living area, very clean and well stocked.

Absolutely perfect location with easy access to The River Walk and downtown area. Quiet, peaceful, safe. The kitchen is amazing, very spacious and modern. We loved our stay in Ouray, and used the hot tub each night- enjoying the beautiful views and nighttime skies. I highly recommend this property, and commend our host who made both check in and check out simple and convenient. More like you guys! ???
