Excellent in every area

We were at the cottage for four nights and it was very quaint, clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to many destinations in the area. It had a washer/dryer which was appreciated.

Great location, but smelled and looked like someone's grandmother's house that hadn't been changed at all.

Been here before. Loved the visit in SD as well as the visits with Teresa! My husband had an amazing visit with Teresa’s husband while touring the tractors, etc. same as they did last time. It was like getting back together with family. The house is just right! Happy to see they had hardly changed it. So cozy private even with neighbors! Literally right by town for shopping and eating. Probably could have just walked. So many close places to drive, Custer State Park, Needles Hwy, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse Mountain, Hills City, Rapid City, Bear Country USA, Reptile World, and so many things downtown right by the house! We will be back and if we bring our Daughter, Son-in-law, and grandkids we will rent one of her beautiful cabins outside of town. I just love the house though…. Will definitely be back there and can’t wait!! Thanks Teresa!

Clean, cozy, close to heart of Custer and several other points of interest.

This was a very cute little cottage and the host was very responsive. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Has all you need to stay. Be sure to bring your own coffee. Filters were provided. The property sits right beside the Antique tractors. We enjoyed our stay. Great location for anything you want to do in the Black hills.

Crooked Street Cottage is a wonderful place to stay in Custer. The place itself was spotless and walkable to everything in Custer. The location is ideal for all of the Blackhills sites and events. Our host was responsive and the neighborhood very safe and quiet. We would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

This is our umpteenth time in the Black Hills and we never get tired of it. Custer is a perfect setting to access the Hills and we love the cottage we stayed in. Teresa was very helpful to us during our stay. We highly recommend this listing.Sheila S.

Great location walking distance to coffee, trails, well stocked grocery store. Sat in the swing chair reading. A bonus of fantastic fireworks viewed from the lovely neighbors yard across the street!

We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and it's close proximity to everything in Custer. It's 2 blocks to the grocery and 3 to 6 blocks to all of the shopping and restaurants. We didn't move the car the whole time we were there.
