Stayed Apr 2, 2021Home was really nice. Host was easy to get ahold of and friendly. Pool is lovely, was really cold, but we made it work as it was almost 100 degrees!!. Close to lake and all other attractions in Havasu. The host has 3 cameras at the home facing pool area, driveway and front door and did contact us about a few things he witnessed but was nice about it. The only thing missing from home was beach towels. We traveled from far and didn't pack towels, as we didn't have room. Luckily my mom lives there and loaned us a few for our stay. Overall nice place

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was perfect for me and my daughters friends to kick back and relax by the pool, get some sun and enjoy being away from the big city. This house was beautiful inside and the outside was simple. The only thing I had trouble with and it really wasn't that big of a deal is the remotes to the tv's had old batteries and sometimes didn't work. There were no spares so we made due with what batteries we had. The neighborhood was quiet. It was an awesome weekend. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

Stayed May 10, 2021We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ricks home for a week. We’ve stayed in 20+ home rentals throughout the world (England, Scotland, France, Italy, Spain, Finland etc) and Ricks home has been by far the best. The home is clean and has every amenity you could need, plus more. We stayed with our 3 young kids and had no issues accommodating them. Havasu has quite a few rentals that are sufficient but Ricks home actually feels like home. When we’re visiting next year, we will no doubt be staying here again.

Stayed Aug 23, 2019What a great vacation home! Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this home. It is very clean and everything looks and feels like new. It has a well appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, and the pool is great! The owner was a pleasure to rent from. His response time was very quick and he is super friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
