Stayed Aug 2, 2025The overall house was nice. The ambiance, pool, and accessibility was wonderful. The cleanliness was concerning as the floors were dirty and made our socks black at the bottom, so much dirt under the bed upstairs and hair clip, dust balls, and craisens. There was only one large trash big provided. :(. The dishes had old dry food on them so we had to wash before using them. There was not hand soap in the upstairs master bath. The upstairs bathroom the oils were dripping from the air freshener and made the paint start coming up.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Upon arrival 11:30pm ,trash cans were full. After a long day at Universal Studios /Island Adventures in the heat. There were no wash cloths on property.. There were two black make-up wash cloths that need to be thrown away. They were full of lint and hair. 8 bath towels for 5 guest on a three night four day stay is unacceptable. Five beach towels for pool use. Has a sign stating “, you will be charged for missing towels”, which there were barely any. No washer or dryer available ( I missed that in the amenities ) Amanda will answer the phone but has a slow response time to issues. You have to follow up with her. She needs to check/clean pool between every stay so other guest will not experience this issue. Pool filter was not working and has large spider webs on screened enclosure around pool area. Pool was cleaned the night before we checked out so no pool use for my family. Glad I was persistent so that another guest will enjoy the pool. The house was clean. Needs toilet bowl brush in all bathrooms. Kitchen cabinets doors need to be put on hinges properly. Has a set of dishes with 12. Be prepared to wash your dishes. .Dishwasher has out of order stickers. Host has not answered the phone or returned my call since I checked out . My flight left out on yesterday. I do not like to make complaints. This is very time consuming but unfortunately it has to be done. I tried to add photo of pool once it was properly cleaned and working. It is a nice pool and looks refreshing.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We enjoyed our stay, appreciated the cleanliness, the attention to detail and the availability of entertainment for the entire family. The only minor downside was the out of order dishwasher but the kitchen cleanliness and organization was the best!
