We would certainly stay again and loved the area.Only thing to be aware of it is on a busy street (although just 2 lanes) as it's close to a high school--but you can not hear the traffic inside.Great beds--decor--stocked kitchen. Stayed Feb 14, 2025Nice place but I would like a better outdoor space. Needs better lighting outside. Beds were comfortable. By the third load I was getting tired of the stairs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I had a great stay! The place was well equipped and located in a central location—close to everything. We went for a walk, and it is a nice residential neighborhood. Even though the house was on a busy street, we did not hear a lot of traffic or noise. We appreciate the thoughtful complimentary drink, tortilla chips, and sauce.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024Very nice property. Very clean and bright. Located on a very busy road so sitting outside to relax is a challenge although it is very centrally located for our needs. Overall great stay. Property may need more hooks in bathrooms and storage spaces for suitcase, etc.

Stayed Dec 25, 2023Such a cute little space! Just the right size for my young family. The only downside was it was right on a busy road and there was no outside lighting to walk up the steps or out to the car. Great location closeness to food, library, beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Me and my girlfriends could’ve have picked a more awesome house to stay in! They provided us with lots of towels, and beach necessities. The house was very clean and was a great space to hang out in! It also had very spacious parking, and not far from downtown Sarasota or from Siesta Key!

Stayed Jan 31, 2023Loved our stay here. Perfect set up for family. Was centrally located for us, so that was a plus for us. This is a newer house, so everything super clean and modern.
